Russia remains top oil supplier to China in January–June
BEIJING, Jul 20 (PRIME) -- Russia’s oil supplies to China amounted to 52.6 million tonnes in January–June worth U.S. $27.99 billion maintaining leadership in imports in the period, the General Customs Administration of China said on Thursday.
The June supplies were estimated at 10.5 million tonnes worth $5.22 billion, while in May Russia supplied 9.7 million tonnes worth $5.14 billion.
Saudi Arabia sold 46.52 million tonnes of oil for $28.3 billion to China in January–June ranking second, and Iraq 29.52 million tonnes for $17 billion ranking third.
